1. Choose one protocol
Each VPN instance uses either WireGuard or Hysteria2. Choose WireGuard when you want official app support and QR codes. Choose Hysteria2 when you want an HY2 URI/YAML profile for compatible clients.
Start using your dedicated IPv4 VPN service
Follow these steps in order: choose WireGuard or Hysteria2, register and verify your account, start the free trial, import your profile, connect, and verify your public IP.

2. Register and verify your email
Create a Client Portal account, then open the verification email and click the link. If login fails after registration, check that the email address has been verified.
3. Start the free trial
The free trial includes 5 devices, 3 days, and 10GB total data. No card is required. Choose a protocol, choose a region with available trial capacity, and create your instance.
4. Open your generated profile
After the instance is ready, open Your VPN Instances in the Client Portal. WireGuard instances show .conf files and QR codes. Hysteria2 instances show an HY2 URI, YAML profile, and QR code.
5. Import into your client
For WireGuard, scan the QR code or import the .conf file in the official WireGuard app. For Hysteria2, import the HY2 URI or YAML profile in a compatible Hysteria2 client.
6. Connect and verify
Turn the VPN on, then check your public IP before and after connecting. If the address changes to your assigned public IPv4 and usage counters move, the service is working.
Important trial note
Install your WireGuard or Hysteria2 client before creating a trial instance. A free trial instance with no data usage after 24 hours can be automatically removed so capacity is not held by unused tests, and the free trial will be counted as used. Contact support if you need the trial reset after installing the app.
After renewing IPv4
IPv4 renewal is available for WireGuard and Hysteria2 instances. After renewal, previous WireGuard config files and Hysteria2 URI/YAML profiles stop working. Import the updated profile before reconnecting.
Troubleshooting checklist
- No traffic after connecting: disconnect and reconnect, then try another network such as mobile data or another Wi-Fi.
- WireGuard client unavailable from an app store: use the Android APK, macOS ZIP, or Windows installers on the Download page where appropriate.
- HY2 DNS does not look right: enable Fake DNS or remote DNS in your Hysteria2 client settings, then reconnect.
- Trial instance has zero data after 24 hours: it may be automatically deleted and counted as used. Contact support if you need the free trial reset after installing your client.
- Renewed IPv4 does not connect: re-download the new WireGuard config files or import the new Hysteria2 URI/YAML profile. Old profiles stop working after renewal.
- Still stuck: contact support with your account email, instance name, protocol, device type, screenshot, and the network you are testing from.
